What will I find in the discussion guides?
The discussion guides focus on specific topics in the toolkit. The guides are designed with group work and facilitators in mind, but will still be useful for individuals on the team or for people doing the work on their own.
List of Discussion Guides
- Organizational Reflection Guide: This guide is for the project team using the toolkit. The guide should be used before, during, and after working through the toolkit to document the progress of your organization.
- Implicit Bias Discussion Guide: This is best used with a facilitator, but can be modified for individual use. The guide starts with Harvard’s Implicit Bias tests for personal and organizational reflection.
- Disability as Diversity Programming Toolkit Modules from Explore Access: Tools for Promoting Disability Access and Inclusion with thanks to the Southwest ADA Center Regional Affiliate of Arkansas, a program of the University of Arkansas Partners for Inclusive Communities for developing the content provided in this presentation.
